Thermal Tanning

Most tanning solutions on the market today release heat immediately upon atomization, cooling to room temperature, typically around 74 degrees Fahrenheit. This is significantly cooler than the average skin surface temperature of a tanner, leading to discomfort, shock, and the formation of goosebumps. These goosebumps not only close the pores but also create an uneven surface for the spray tan, preventing the solution from reaching and saturating all areas of the skin. As the skin warms and relaxes post-tan, previously hidden areas between the goosebumps become visible, resulting in an uneven skin tone. To mitigate this, some companies add alcohol to their solutions to thin them out, allowing for better penetration into the skin’s microscopic crevices. However, this exacerbates the problem as alcohol feels even colder on the skin, leading to drier skin and a patchy tan.

Evolv. Heat

Evolv. has innovatively addressed this issue. Our patented solution is the only one globally that incorporates a heat carrier. This carrier does not release its heat upon atomization. Instead, it carries the warmth, approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit, to the tanner’s body, preventing the shock and subsequent formation of goosebumps. This is achieved through a unique, patented process with our Evolv. gun that heats the solution as it flows through and exits the gun. The result is a smooth skin surface with open pores, allowing the solution to penetrate deeper into the skin. This leads to a superior, longer-lasting tan that fades evenly. Additionally, the tanning experience is more comfortable and enjoyable for the customer. Moreover, Evolv’s solution is aloe-based, not alcohol-based, ensuring the skin remains hydrated and radiant.
