Our customers are the established salons and new business owners venturing in the field of spray tanning industry.

You HAVE:

Experience in sales and customer care

Knowledge of online marketing and content creation

Experience in ecommerce (WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)

Knowledge of basic CRM system

Ability to analyze data and trends

Passionate about beauty and business

Excellent communications skills
Your duties will include:
Sales
- Execute marketing calendar across all channels.
- Manage online marketing via blogs, forums, social media post on FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Organize a Maintain CRM and build automations to nurture leads and resell to existing customers.
- Monitor website & shopping cart and work with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan, organize, and attend tradeshows.
- Drive e-commerce via the company website, Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
Customer Care
- Conduct customer outreach via phone and email.
- Provide basic level tech support to help customers troubleshoot simple problems, then funnel escalations to Tech Support.
- Create and update training content for LMS and maintain the platform.
- Assist customers in placing orders.
Other
- Update KPs charts and report to management
Position Structure:
In the office. FT or PT, Monday-Friday. Some tradeshow weekends may be assigned
